As a technical MA specialist with us, you will have responsibility for developing and optimizing our customer journeys in our MA tool SAS CI 360. You will collaborate closely with our architects and integration specialists to make sure that data flows are streamlined across the whole customer journey. This implies that you will use SAS CI 360 to scope, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows. Work together with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns that are effective and focused. Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot and fix technical issues pertaining to marketing automation operations. Become a marketing automation expert at ICA Banken and educate the organization about best practices in this area. Who are you? Since this is a technical position that requires hands-on work, we anticipate that you will be able to create the tool. We are looking for you who have at least 5 years of experience from the MarTech stack.
